Father/Son Camping Trip

Kevin and Caleb went on their first camping trip together!  Caleb was SO excited before he left and even MORE excited after he got home!  He loved every second of camping with his daddy and friends from church!  When Kevin told me he was planning on staying the night, I had serious doubts that they would make it all night.  Little did I know what a blast they would have together...even sleeping in a tent!  It was the perfect amount of time (24 hours) and close to home!

Noah was still a little bit too young, so he sat this camping trip out and got to hang out with Mommy instead.  Next time I'm sure he'll be anxious to go as well!

Caleb has a new love...fishing!

SUPER excited about sleeping in a TENT!

So proud of he and Daddy's sleeping spot!

Having a blast...can you tell???

Waking up on a chilly morning!

Hanging out with his buddy!

I foresee many more camping trips in the future, especially since Kevin enjoyed it every bit as much as Caleb did!

Preschool at the Pumpkin Patch

We've gone to the pumpkin patch every year since Caleb was born.  We normally go with our amazing friends from church, but this year it didn't work out for us to go with everyone else.  Thankfully, we were able to go as a family for Caleb's preschool field trip (Kevin took the day off of work).  It was a beautiful day...despite a tad too much wind.

The Pumpkin Farmer telling the kids how pumpkins are grown...

Caleb picking out his pumpkin in an untouched pumpkin patch!

One for Noah too...just his size!

My sweet boy and me

Noah loved all the animals...

...and the trucks!

Caleb climbed the rope ladder all by himself...almost giving me a heart attack in the process!

Jumping on the giant pillow!

Woo-hoo!

The slides were so much fun!

And so was the seesaw!

Can his face get any messier?

A wonderful time was had by all!

Children's Garden

Our church group took a trip to the new children's garden in town.  It was absolutely amazing!  We all had a great time and the boys were completely worn out after a night of chasing their friends.  :)

Looking at the butterflies!

Reignin' him in!

Did you notice the amazing Very Hungry Caterpillar stuff???

Looks like a boy on Christmas morning!

We'll definitely be going back!

Gigantic Lollipops

I saw these gigantic lollipops at Walgreens for a dollar and figured they would be good photo props.  Caleb found them in the cabinet and asked to have his picture taken again and again and again (that's a first) because he knew he couldn't get the lollipop until then...

Unfortunately, Noah was not feeling well and in a really bad mood.  That's why the majority of the pictures are of Caleb.
